Height/Weight: 6-3, 200 pounds
Performance: Went 13 for 23 for 354 yards and 6 touchdowns in a 48-13 victory over Huguenot. In two games, Jackson has passed for 10 TDs and over 530 yards as JM is 2-0 and ranked ninth in the DigitalSports Top 10.
On the win: “Coach [Marvin Bridges] always said, ‘If we want to go to the Division 5 playoffs, we have to beat Huguenot.’ We’re hungry to win right now. It’s a special team that we have this year.”
Best sports moment: “When I played basketball for Hotchkiss [Recreation] and I hit the game-winning shot over Reid.” Jackson played pee-wees for 9 and 10-year-olds.
Favorite food: “Steak and shrimp.”
Favorite rapper: “Jay-Z.”

Favorite player: “Brett Favre. I like his toughness.
It’ll be negative 13 degrees and he’ll be walking around Green Bay with
shorts on. He’s 40 years old playing like he’s 20.” (Editor’s note:
Favre is actually 37.)
Funniest teammate: “Jayvon Brownlee. You can come from a funeral and Jay can make you laugh. He has that comedian in him.”
Superstition: “My cousin, Christopher Bailey, was killed in 2004. I
wear his shirt under my pads. I haven’t missed a game with it on since
2004.”
